What it does

This class provides configuration options for 3D Secure (3DS) authentication in PayPal payment services.

Developers use this as a source model in system configuration to allow merchants to choose when to apply Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) - either turning it off, using it when required, or always enforcing it for all transactions.
