BillingAgreementConfigProvider

What it does

This class provides configuration data for PayPal billing agreements to the checkout frontend.

It retrieves active billing agreements for the currently logged-in customer and makes them available in the checkout configuration, allowing customers to select existing billing agreements for payment instead of entering new payment details.
