CheckoutConfigProvider

What it does

This class provides reCAPTCHA configuration for PayPal payment methods during checkout.

It checks if reCAPTCHA is enabled for PayPal Payflow Pro and makes this setting available to the checkout frontend, allowing the checkout UI to conditionally display reCAPTCHA validation when customers use PayPal payment options.
