UserConfigRegistry

What it does

This registry class provides an in-memory cache for two-factor authentication user configurations in Magento 2.

Developers use it to store and quickly retrieve UserConfig objects by ID or user ID without hitting the database repeatedly, improving performance during authentication operations.

It maintains multiple indexes to enable fast lookups by different keys.
