What it does

This class provides a configuration source for selecting a free shipping method in the UPS carrier settings.

It extends the UPS Method source to include a 'None' option at the beginning of the available shipping methods list, allowing administrators to disable free shipping or choose which UPS service should be offered for free when free shipping conditions are met.
