What it does

This class calculates and collects Fixed Product Tax (FPT/WEEE) amounts during quote totals calculation when FPT is taxable.

It processes WEEE tax details for each quote item, handles both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive amounts, and determines whether to include FPT in subtotal based on configuration.
