Once a student starts viewing course materials, you will not be able to re-assign that license to another team member until your subscription renews. After your University Team Plan subscription renews on a subsequent billing date, you may reassign any or all of your student licenses to other members of your team.
There is a reassignment allotment of up to 20% of purchased licenses to account for someone on your team leaving your company (resignation, termination, or otherwise). This student license reassignment may be activated anytime 90 days after your initial enrollment, up to 90 days before your subscription renews.
ℹ️ Example: You enroll in a University Team Plan for 13 developers on March 1. Between June 1 and December 1, you will be able to re-assign up to 2 of your student licenses (13 * 20% = 2.6) to other members of your team.
Note that if a student has not yet started viewing the course materials, you may reach out to us to reassign the license at any time. You can also add additional student licenses to your team plan at any time.
⛔ If multiple attempts to login to a single user’s account are detected, it will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use, leading to an immediate revocation of access and loss of payment or refund.
