• share course materials or non-course product code with others who do not have an active, paid M.academy license;
• make public or display course materials or any provided source code to others;
• download or copy course materials locally, for purposes other than transitory viewing;
• resell any course materials, products or source code offered at M.academy;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

Course materials at M.academy may contain computer source code, which is used for the purpose of training or teaching you how to program. You may:

• use the source code provided in courses in any private or commercial projects, given the purpose of this project isn't to resell access to others for the purpose of paid training;
• have the right to modify this source code for your project needs; and
• make a local copy of this source code for your own future reference.

Other non-course products at M.academy, such as Beeline, are provided under a single-use commercial license, for use by either an individual or a team. You may:

• use the provided source code only in private, non-commercial projects, or to aid in the development of commercial projects, given the purpose of this project isn't to resell access to others for the same or similar purposes as any similar product provided by M.academy;
• have the right to modify source code for your project needs; and
• make a local copy of this source code for your own future reference.

By using any provided source code, you agree to hold harmless and release any indemnification against M.academy. The usage of provided source code in any project is the sole responsibility of the implementor.

An M.academy license purchase by any entity other than an individual, such as a company or team, grants limited access to M.academy to only a single, sole member or employee of that entity. These entities are required to purchase multiple licenses for additional entity members. Providing access of purchased materials to any other member of your organization, without them having a paid license, will result in a violation of this agreement, leading to an immediate revocation of access, as well as loss of payment or refund.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials, upon the termination of this license, or upon the process of a refund request, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Use of "Maggie Bolt" AI Chatbot

Maggie Bolt, an AI Chatbot developed by M.academy, is exclusively designed for educational purposes, intended to aid students in learning Magento within the academic environment. While Maggie Bolt has been found to be an effective learning tool within our course ecosystem, it is fundamental to stress the limitations in her application.

Under the terms of use, it is strictly prohibited to utilize Maggie Bolt for anything other than educational purposes within our courses. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial use, reselling access, packaging or marketing her services as part of any professional endeavours, charging for her access, or claiming her used as a professional tool.

In essence, Maggie Bolt is a non-transferable academic resource, solely permitted for personal learning enhancement and does not extend to external engagements outside the academic framework provided by M.academy. Non-compliance with these terms can result in the termination of access to Maggie Bolt, and may also lead to further disciplinary actions.

We believe in creating high-performing, competent students who can demonstrate solid understanding of Magento, independent of AI assistance. This ensures our graduates are well-equipped to handle real-world challenges using the knowledge and skills they have honed throughout their study.

By using Maggie Bolt, you are agreeing to these terms, acknowledging the limits of her use and accepting the responsibilities that come with her utilization within the stated bounds. Thank you for respecting the purposes and boundaries put in place for the use of our learning aids at M.academy.

After 30 days, you are acknowledging that the purchase you have made is satisfactory, and accept that returns or refunds are no longer available.

M.academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter its refund policy, at its sole discretion. M.academy reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund to any student who abuses the refund policy, or attempts to circumvent the standard usage of M.academy's offerings.
