Maggie is a top-tier Magento specialist. While Magento is her strength, her knowledge beyond Magento is quite limited. She's not a generalist, but she'll be able to answer any question related to the Magento lesson you are currently learning.
- How can I get Maggie to talk in my preferred language?
- Maggie defaults to English, but you can change her language at any time simply by selecting your preferred language from the dropdown menu within the chat box.
- If you speak a language not shown in the list, please reach out to us so we can hook her up to the matrix and download the appropriate tracks to her neural link.
- Do you keep my chat history?
- At the moment, chats persist for the duration of the time you view your lesson. When you proceed to the next lesson, the context is lost. That said, all chats sent to and from Maggie are retained for training purposes.
